ES Model of estimated benefits for greater health and wellbeing
This model is based upon people experiencing higher stress levels and certain psycho-physiological discomforts in their lives. However, this is not to say that only those people should attend our programme. Our programme is open to everyone who wishes to make a genuine and lasting positive changes in their lives. These changes will only occur if those people are fully congruent in their decision to make a change and willingly adhere to their daily practising routines.
As seen from the graph, due to the nature of our programme and assumed circumstances of our delegates, we have estimated that stress levels will progressively go down for duration of attendance and practising of our programme. It is also worth to note, that once people complete our programme – it will become their newly adopted lifestyle, which will keep them healthy and in optimal condition at all times.
The progress of every individual will depend uniquely on their personal circumstances and their desire for personal improvement. As it is relatively new approach for most people, it might take more time for some people to mastermind the relevant self-improvement techniques and therefore projected benefits for the Level One will vary from person to person. However, when our members persist in their daily self-training and conditioning, they will gradually achieve their objectives, which will reward them with required improvements. Such as: increased energy and vitality, greater mental and physical flexibility, greater ability to relax at will, mood control and increased sensitivity to their motivational states.
Should those members decide to progress to the next level, the aforementioned benefits will be even more enhanced, as they will learn new techniques, which will constantly challenge their comfort zones and with it their appetite for further self-development. As a consequence, their stress levels will keep decreasing and their overall self-awareness, health, confidence and mental sharpness will reach new heights.
As our delegates progress through to the last stages of our programme, they will be able to effectively control their mental states, as they will gain greater understanding of their energy levels and with it their overall biological functioning. The more relaxed and focused they become, they will experience greater health, due to reduced Cortisol (stress hormone) production. At the same time, they will experience increased production of DHEA (De-Hydro-Epian-Androsterone), which is produced in our adrenaline glands and is hugely important for our vitality, cellular re-generation and increased metabolic energy, hence youthfulness. The production of this important hormone peaks in our mid 20’s and tends to decline steadily, as we progress in life. So in our mid 70’s our adrenaline glands produce only 20% of the DHEA levels, that we have had in our mid 20’s. The biological process we call “aging” is to some degree caused by constant reduction of DHEA levels in our blood stream. However, with increased production of this important chemical, our bodies slow down the aging process by increasing our metabolic energy levels, vitality, immunity and overall health. Hence we look younger and healthier.
And the third most important chemical is Melatonin. This hormone is released with healthy and revitalising overnight sleep. As we age, our brains produce less and less Melatonin and DHEA. However, some researches have shown remarkable increases in production of both chemicals in Alpha and Theta brainwave patterns. It is estimated that when our brains are in the aforementioned states, the DHEA production increases by 44%, whilst Melatonin reaches staggering 98% of normal production for the age of the person. At the same time, measured Cortisol levels would drop by 47% from its normal production rate. The correct application of our programmes will progressively bring those benefits to our delegates, but it is important to note that this is a lifestyle change programme and not a 14 or 30 day session and return to old ways of living. NO – exercises and techniques learnt in our programmes must be practised on a daily basis in order for those benefits to last, which means that you should continue with your daily training ritual, even though you have finished your official training with us.
Our programme is designed to progressively enable every individual to accordingly change their lifestyle for the benefit of achieving their personal development goals. It is structured into three separate curricular levels:
- Level One is dedicated to understanding oneself and achieving that so much needed personal balance and internal happiness.
- Level Two is completely dedicated to relationships with other people and its complexities.
- Level Three is dedicated to the higher spiritual understandings (not religious) and conscious acknowledgement of what you already know (unconsciously) about who and what you are in spiritual and universal terms.
As seen from above, our programme is designed in such a way as to provide you with a trouble free learning, thus allowing you gradual improvements in your physical/mental health, leaner appearance, sharper reasoning and relaxation. The more you advance in our programme, the better you will control your own thoughts, emotional states, ability to listen to your own intuition, tune in to your own body for the conscious control of your own wellbeing, which will altogether make you a more resolute, happier and fulfilled individual. *Please note that we do not guarantee perfect health and stress free life when you complete our programme and continue your own self-improvement journey without us. Due to ways of modern life, stress, worry and problems are the norm, but it will not affect you for long. Because you will learn to fend them off and neutralise them in a very short period of time. It is for that reason that our graph didn’t go all the way on either side. It is our projection that you will always experience certain levels of mental stresses at any point in your life*.
