Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Why do you have three levels broken down into nine modules?
As our programme is covering three separate and yet intertwined categories, we have had no other choice but to break the curriculum in such a way that would be easy to understand and practise. It influences positive changes in one’s life and therefore in order to achieve that important objective, it is vital that every part is effectively accepted and assimilated into one’s everyday’s life.
- Can I choose which level/module I wish to start?
Due to curricular methodology and structure you will be asked to start from the very beginning, as that will allow you to build the right foundation for your further training and personal growth.
- Do I need to attend all levels/modules?
This course is designed for your personal development and therefore, you can stop at any time you wish. But as explained before, you can only start from the beginning or from the point you stopped your training with us, provided you have achieved the level of proficiency that will allow you to follow the rest of the programme. That is necessary, as the programme is designed to evolve from a module to module and if you’ve taken a pause from your training with us – you should be able to continue from where you stopped, subject to you reaching the required level of competence to carry on to the next level.
It is completely safe and trouble free. You will not be required to do anything outside of your present abilities or spheres of interest. This programme is designed for your complete satisfaction and therefore, you will have the freedom to modify it to your specific requirements.
- How quickly will I be able to achieve improvements that I seek?
This will depend entirely upon your mindset and how serious you are about your personal development. There is no time limits for your home training, unless you decide upon one. However, it is worth to note that you didn’t get to where you’re now with a simple snap of a finger. It took you time and also you went through a process, which directed you to achieve results with which you’re currently not happy. The benefits of our programme will be experienced over a period of time, but you must follow the process and stick with your agreed daily routines. Like anything in life, if you want to grow and develop into someone who you aspire to be – you must put a lot of energy, dedication and will to endure the process. And the beautiful thing is that evolution never stops, so the more you achieve, the more of the same you will want. The aforementioned process will gradually influence your thought process and belief system for required longer-term wellbeing, lifestyle and behavioural changes.

In addition, you will be liaising with your course colleagues with whom you will exchange experiences and also, we will be in touch with you regarding your progress and the way forward.
- I don’t think I have enough self-discipline to accomplish what I start?
It is desirable to have a degree of self-discipline to follow your daily training routine, but if you don’t have one, you shouldn’t worry about it. All you need is to be honest with yourself in your pre-training self-appraisal and let us know and we will try to work something out with you to keep you motivated. However, it is important to note that you’re solely responsible for your progress and no one can help you unless you truly want to help yourself. So before you start, you need to be 100% certain you want to work on yourself and the results will follow as a result of your commitment.
