Journey into Self Awareness©

Our programme is structured as a three level curriculum, which is broken down into three individual modules per level. The learning experience flows from less demanding to more complex mind and body exercises. It follows a rather simple methodology of evolution, which is necessary for the purpose of re-creation of the conscious union of the mind, body and soul (our own essence of who and what we are in the sphere of the physical realm).

 The core of our programme is based upon movement, stretching, breathing, energy, nutrition, muscular strength/ elasticity, mental conditioning and strength. Will power, resolute and yet fully flexible, determined and compassionate mind, passion, vision, love for oneself, other people, universal spiritual evolution, health and overall personal happiness/fullfilment.

At the beginning, the process is relatively gentle, but as you keep progressing in our programme, it will become more and more demanding. So, in order for you to make the most of it, you will first mastermind the basics of physical and mental relaxation, which will enable you to start your journey with us. Do I hear you say – how? Well, that’s where we come. The programme will be challenging, but at the same time, it will be great fun, inspirational and an eye opener. Your unquestionable desire and daily practise, coupled with regular support and interaction with your course colleagues/us will motivate you to achieve and exceed all your personal development goals. Over a period of time it will become your new, healthy lifestyle, which will continue to improve going forward in the future. As a result, you will turn into a “human magnet” filled with health, positivity and optimism and that will ultimately enable you to attract desired quality of life for yourself and your loved ones.

The methods we use are simple and proven time and time again, which means you can use them over and over again in every area of your life. Our exercise will allow you to continously discharge “negative energy” and at the same time recharge yourself with a fresh positive energy, which will enable you to stay fresh, focused, energised and younger looking. As you go through our programme, you will become more mentally stable and balanced, physically stronger, flexible and co-ordinated. In addition, you will learn effective strategies to deal with almost anything in your life from private relationships, leisure to business and career.

All this will not be possible without a good observation of your unhelpful motivational states and being merciless in their immediate conversion to something of a more immediate use to you.

The experience of our training weekends could be easily compared to the one you get at a health farm. The difference is that we are focusing on active wellbeing training and not pampering. However, benefits and feel good factors usually associated with health farms will be strongly experience during participation in our workshops. So that experience will carry on, until you’ve reached the point where you will be ready to take the next step up in your personal development quest.

Upon completion of our programme, you should be able to accomplish a perfect “alignment” within yourself and with your environment, which will open the gates of your personal mastery/wisdom. At that point, your journey with us might be completed, but your true quest for personal excellence will commence in some other directions. Please note, that above discourse is only a projection, as some people might achieve their required levels of personal mastery before and some after training with us. But the most important factor in your personal development is for you to follow your “heart” and choose the right path to get you where you want to go in your life.
