Level One – Module Two:  Emotions

In here, you will be learning about emotions, their purpose, meaning and more importantly, how you can control them for your own benefit. You will also be learning about what causes “fear” and how you can control and eventually eliminate it. Further, we will be covering limiting beliefs, emotions of power, internal dialogue, positive thinking and how to deal with unresolved emotions, which are preventing you to go forward in your life.

Physiological exercises will continue from where you stopped in the previous module and therefore will be more demanding. So, you will be asked to achieve a certain level of competence from the previous module in order to continue your training further.

In nutrition, we will be looking into your present diet, eating habits and we will help you devise a personal nutrition plan that will best suit your new lifestyle requirements.

This module continues from where you have stopped in your previous one and therefore, you will be asked to familiarise yourself with both theoretical and practical parts of this module before your agreed training dates.

The full curricular pack and self-appraisal forms related to this module will be enclosed in your Home Training Pack, which you will receive when you decide to proceed.

In this module, all physiological conditioning exercises are classed as “Entry Level – Moderate to Hard”
