Level Two – Module Two: Relationship Model
Truly meaningful relationships are based upon: respect, trust, good communication, compassion and rapport. In your life, you engage in many forms of personal relationships; which range from sentimental, family, business, close friendships, acquaintances, social etc. Due to its diversity and complexity, we tend to become easily mislead and confused about what any one of them mean to us. However, the more specific you are about what you want and with whom you wish to deepen your connections – the better.
In this module, you will be learning some powerful techniques, which will enable you to be as specific as you wish to effectively manage your relationships with other people. It will also enable you to find, develop and nurture relationships with people who truly mean to you. And on the other hand, you may recognise that some people (who at the moment might be important to you) might not play any significant role for you in the future. This module will open your eyes!
Mind Conditioning
Day 1
- Law of attraction (relationships)
- Rules and relationships
- Indecisiveness and the Power of Choice
- Resistance (what you resist – persist)
Day 2
- Always be yourself and avoid pretending being someone else
- What we do not like about other people is what we Do Not like about ourselves
- Calm and assertive mind creates great relationships
The presentation and curricular structure of this module is similar to what you have experienced previously and has two parts: theoretical and practical (exercises).
You will be asked to familiarise yourself with the content and come fully prepared before your agreed training dates. The full information and relevant self-appraisal forms will be enclosed in your Home Training Pack, which you will receive when you enrol into this module.
Physiological Conditioning
Both Days
- Physical/mental relaxation exercises
- Core strength exercises
- Exercises that will promote muscular elongation, strength, endurance and flexibility, including flexibility of the spinal cord and pelvis
- Energy exercises (meditation in motion)
In this module, all physiological conditioning exercises are classed as “Medium level – Moderate to Hard”
